Terms of Service

1. Introduction

BandLah! ("the App") is operated by Carta Bianca Technology ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information in your profile. Fake or misleading profiles may be removed.
• You may only create one account per person.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a licence to display and store it within the App to operate the service.

You are responsible for the content you post. Content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory may be removed.

5. Connections and WhatsApp

The App facilitates introductions through a mutual-consent connection system. When both parties accept, WhatsApp numbers are shared. We are not responsible for communications or disputes that occur outside the App.

6. Ads

Ads expire after a set period and may be renewed. We reserve the right to remove ads that violate these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for purposes unrelated to music collaboration
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Create fake or impersonation profiles
• Spam other users
• Scrape or collect data from the App
• Interfere with the App's infrastructure

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, without prior notice.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not vet, verify, or endorse any user. You are responsible for exercising your own judgement when connecting with other musicians.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us for use of the App.

10. General

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top indicates the latest version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
